We just published updates to the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) Process Guidance that shipped with Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation Server. The source files contained in these updates are designed to work with the most recent release of the MSFWinBuild process guidance build tool on GotDotNet.

Note that these downloads only contain the process guidance portions of their respective process templates. They are not complete process templates for creating team projects.
