Researchers at the University of Utah have figured out how to see people moving on the other side of a wall using a specially configured Wi-Fi network. Basically, they blast Wi-Fi on one side and read the signals on the other side with multiple receivers. Moving bodies inside the room can be detected because they interfere slightly with the waves.

We expect to make the final release of Windows XP Mode available via the Microsoft Download Center on October 22nd. Annunciato finalmente in modo ufficiale il lancio di Windows 7 e Windows Server 2008 R2 dopo il video che avevamo messo in rete qualche giorno fa.
Il 22 Ottobre a Milano in SMAU fieramilanocity e il 27 Ottobre a Roma allo Sheraton Golf ci sarà uno degli eventi più importanti della stagione!
Ci saranno due percorsi paralleli per sviluppatori ed IT Pro, dove verranno presentate le novità dei nuovi sistemi operativi, oltre a qualche chicca come la sessione su Visual Studio 2010 e il .NET Framework 4.0.
Questa l’agenda della parte Dev:
Io terrò le sessioni “Windows 7 per Developer” (che a dispetto del nome si occuperà anche delle novità di Windows Server 2008 R2…) e “Introduzione a Visual Studio 2010 e al .NET Framework 4.0”, mentre Pietro terrà la sessione Windows 7 con .NET e Giuseppe la sessione su Windows Azure.
Le iscrizioni stanno già andando a gonfie vele, mi raccomando, se volete esserci iscrivetevi in fretta! 😜
